Victally uses AI to help small business owners and freelancers understand their finances and prepare for tax season. We are committed to using AI responsibly — with transparency, human oversight, and strong data protection. This policy works alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

AI powers several features inside Victally, including:

• AI Assistant — answering your questions about the app and your data.

Any content produced by these features is clearly labeled with an "AI-Generated" badge so you always know when you're viewing AI output.

• Human Oversight — AI outputs are drafts and recommendations. You always review and decide before acting.
• Fairness — We work to reduce bias and present analysis grounded in your actual data.

• Your private business data is not used to train third-party foundation models.
• AI requests are routed to trusted, enterprise-grade model providers that process data only to fulfill the request — not to retain it for training.
• Your data is isolated per account and encrypted in transit and at rest.

Victally is built on the Base44 platform. Base44 maintains industry security practices (commonly including SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001) and does not use your data to train external models. AI is a powerful tool but it is not perfect. AI models can occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information ("hallucinations"), especially with niche or limited data.
